What to expect from your Planner 

• Pre- Wedding Planning

  • A complimentary initial consultation

  • A complete proposal of all services requested, fees, and expectations

  • A complete estimated budget

  • Assist with guest list

  • Budget updates throughout the event

  • Planning documents to include timeline of the entire planning process

  • A complete timeline of the event; arrival – end of ceremony and honeymoon departure

  • Communication on a monthly basis with updates and details of progress (1 year in advance)

  • Communication on a bi-weekly basis with updates and details of progress (3-6 months)

  • Communication on a weekly basis with updates and details of progress ( 1-3 months)

  • Communication and updates as needed during the last month

  • An in person or video consultation 6 weeks in advance to discuss final details

  • Assist with Wedding Design

  • To act as liaison to approved vendors; to include complete contract review

  • Create Pinterest Board with wedding related pins

  • Attend vendor appointments.

  • Advise all vendors of expectations and timeline

  • Secure wedding license

  • Arrange for all transportation

  • Create and maintain Wedding Email and Website

  • Arrange accommodations for Bridal Party, Families, and Guests

• Attire

  • Schedule Bridal Boutique Appointments

  • Recommendation for wedding party attire

  • Make arrangements for steaming, pressing, alterations, preservation, rental returns

  • Provide emergency kits for bridal party

  • Set appointments for beauty treatments; hair, makeup, nails

• Stationary

  • Designing, ordering, receiving all stationary

  • Addressing/Disbursing stationary

  • Receiving and documenting RSVPs

  • Organizing seating charts

• Gifts & Favors

  • Selection, ordering, receiving, compiling, and delivery of all gifts, gift bags, favors

• Rehearsal  *services are billed separately

  • Organizing meal, entertainment, transportation, decorations, rentals, etc.

  • Instructing and providing an order of service for ceremony

• Wedding Morning

  • Provide meals/champagne/coffee for bridal party

  •  Arrive prior to all vendors

  • Accept all deliveries

  • Meet and Greet all the vendors

  • Complete a walk-through of reception/ceremony venue

  •  Troubleshooting any last minute issues

  • Review order of reception with DJ/Emcee

  • Ensure proper placement of favors, guest book, toasting flutes, pictures, etc.

• Ceremony/Reception

  • Give instructions on marriage license; secure appointment

  • Oversee music

  • Ensure guests are being ushered accordingly; programs are being distributed, etc.

  • Wait for wedding party to arrive and coordinate procession in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Ensure flow of wedding reception;  1st dance, wedding party dance, father/daughter & son/mother dances, bouquet throwing, cake cutting, departure of couple, etc.

  • Ensure reception food is packaged and delivered to appropriate location suite along with any other specialty items couple may have.

  • Our departure times can vary based on your need. We can depart at the entrée placement, cake cutting, or stay through the entire event.

• Honeymoon *services are billed separately

  • Present suggested destinations according to interest

  • Secure transportation including airfare, transfers, etc

  • Secure accommodations

  • Present suggestions for dining, tourist attractions, etc.

  • Make reservations for chosen activities

  • Supply a list of needed documents, immunizations, and information for foreign travel

  • Supply travel guides, maps, and information regarding local customs
